What a wonderful weekend it was in Chicago to celebrate Brooke and Dan's engagement. Here are some highlights from the trip:
It was great seeing Susan after a very long time!
Everyone around the big ol' table at the restaurant
Mom attempting to "shhh" the entire restaurant so she could give her toast
Beginning the night at the "after party"
Now mom can give her toast in peace
Brooke looks a bit disturbed here
Passing on the "man watch"
MEN!
Oh, Yvonne looks so sad. And Marci so happy!
Jeremy about halfway through the night
How cute!
It was awesome to see Stacey after so many years
The door is my friend and I don't care what you think
Classic Jenni
This was Brooke's "I haven't eaten in 4 years" pose
Another classic
What a classy wedding party!
Brooke's eyeball, ladies and gentlemen
All I can say is "ROFL"
What an adorable couple
Best one yet
You always need a toe moment
Brunch on Sunday
Some much needed Euchre and Mimosas

Sunday night we drove to South Bend with Kara to see Yvonne's family. It was pouring down rain, Kara couldn't see anything, and there were no reflectors on those back country roads. Let me tell you about stress. We made it safely and Kara spent the night at the folks with us. We had a very relaxing day on Monday, I think I stayed in my pjs until 5 o'clock. The entire fam showed up and we had a nice dinner. Then on Tuesday, we went to see Kelly and her little girl, Ella. Then had lunch with Khara and Bill.
It was a fantasic weekend. I can't wait for the actual wedding! And dress shopping in NY with the girls!
