Sir-Mix-a-Lot Goes Folk, Johnathan Colton Style
I had to post this because it is so funny. You have to appreciate good music when it comes along because the good stuff is really rare.

I know I'm not going to win this thing, why do I continue to play incessantly? I think I'm starting to grow a third eye. It's the lure of the $4,000 jackpot, I know. Damn you Lycos! Damn you three-eyed freak rabbit!
I got a lot of crap for this kitchen mat. Ok, I know it's cheesy...but the colors are right!
These corners were probably the hardest part of the entire project. I had to measure each curve of the door jam exactly to cut the tile to fit.
And getting the tile to fit perfectly against the threshold was also a chore since I opted to not take them out with a pry bar.
Now we actually enjoy spending time in here and have *gasp* actually eaten dinner at the table a few times! I had a lot of fun doing this...could this be the first entry into my portfolio? hmmm.
This is our first shot from the plane as we landed in Buffalo right after sunset. The clouds were really amazing considering we don't get clouds like that in San Diego. Hey, clouds can be interesting!
Almost right away we headed for downtown Buffalo where one of Marci's friends owns a bar. It was closed to the public but he opened it just for Marci and Jeremy and provided free drinks and food all night. That was very cool. It was strange downtown because it was kind of desolate. No, it was desolate. Don't people go out in Buffalo? Geez, it wasn't that cold.
Justin's sleepiness is slowly taking over. Of course we were all tired, but Justin didn't hide the fact that he was ready for bed. We'll see more of that later...
We were really hungry by the time dinner was served so we started stealing bread from the buffet before it was time to eat. Good think we snagged that table right next to the buffet!

Before the wedding on Saturday we went to Niagara Falls. I had never been there and it was definitely a site. We had no problems getting through the border into Canada. But we were all prepared with passports and birth certificates. They didn't even ask to see them. Well, I should say the "white" car had no problems. But the car with brown boy in it didn't fare so well. They got a bit hounded with questions and ID checks. Bastards.
I'm surprised these pictures from a disposable camera came out so well. They look really amazing in print.

Marci was really beautiful (as was her dress). But I expected nothing less. The dinner got off to a late start and we didn't finish eating until around 11:00pm. I didn't get a shot of Marci getting sick in the bathroom but I don't think she'll need a picture of that to remember it. Plus, I didn't think it would be an appropriate time to start snapping away, especially with 10 people crowding around her asking if she was alright. Give the girl some breathing room people!
This is me snapping a picture of them as I was being pulled onto the dance floor. Came out pretty cool, though.

Time to say goodbye. Thank god Atlanta has smoking "lounges". More like suffocating smoke chambers. But hey, a smoke's a smoke.
It was great that Noah had the same flight as us from Atlanta to San Diego. What are the chances? I think we sat in that room for three hours or so. I bet we smelled pretty when we were done.
